Although Jim Dalton says he is simply a "Country Lawyer", there is much more to it than that. He is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, the College of Financial Planning, has an MBA & Law Degrees from Georgia State University and has completed a number of military schools including the Naval Flight Program in Pensacola, Florida and the Army War College at Carlisle Barrack, Pennsylvania. He is retired from the United States Marine Corps with the rank of Lt. Col. and has been a long time FINRA Arbitrator.  His background encompasses everything from sales to business management including directorships. He understands business and the Law. Because of this background, he is able to mobilize a vast network of professionals to assist in resolving your business and/or legal problems. There is nothing more important than a "reasonable solution" to a difficult challenge or problem. Experience, education and understanding are key components to finding those solutions.

We provide legal services for every case from adoptions to zoning with the exception of bankruptcy, divorce and real state closings. When appropriate, we will provide qualified referrals to other legal professionals. We strive to solve the problem not expand it!
